The location offers great access to nearby attractions and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The room, however, felt outdated with some amenities lacking, like an iron, which made simple requests frustrating. Despite the service at the concierge being commendable, clashes with reception staff about room issues left a sour impression. Dining options were decent, especially the steaks. Still, improvements in room conditions and reception interactions are needed for a truly enjoyable experience.

Fantastic location and friendly service!

The location couldn’t be better—Marina Bay is like a 5-min walk. The staff were super nice, let us check in early, and they took care of our bags without a fuss. The breakfast spread was vast! Just wished there were more dining options nearby, but still a great time!
